Publicis  -  Herald Square, New York City  - Jess Walker at Morris Adjmi Architects

Built as the French advertising company’s United States headquarters, this 180,000 SF interior renovation has a street presence, a small facade and lobby on Herald Square in Manhattan.  An elliptical shaped, glass enclosed, communicating stair was included linking three stories of the four story build out. Completed in 2010, this largely unchanged space has successfully housed the fourth largest advertising company in the world.
